Due to the nature of food supplements and herbal products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To request a return, please contact us at info@moonmateria.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Moon Materia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
